The Royal Room, Herodium

Up in Herod’s private amphitheater, Dr. Ehud Netzer’s archeologists have discovered one of the most remarkable finds of the Herodian period – a royal guest room with unique murals preserved with figures of people and animals. Metaphor produces a video mapping showcase which will be screened in the royal room itself, bringing to life thousands of years old pictures, giving viewers a breathtaking glimpse into the routine life of the Herodium and the way high politics was made back in those days.
